The 3200 series belongs to the high-flow, high-pressure plunger pump category, featuring high pressure, safety and reliability, low noise, minimal pulsation, low rotational speed, stable operation, and effortless replacement. The power end employs an export-type housing with forced lubrication.
The high-speed shaft and crankshaft employ helical gear transmission, ensuring smooth and reliable operation, low friction coefficient, superior lubrication performance, minimal noise, and low temperature rise in the power end. This design is suitable for extended continuous operation. The hydraulic end utilizes imported technology, featuring rational design, easy maintenance, and reliable operation. It is ideal for descaling and cleaning various vessels and tanks across industries, including water jet cleaning, chemical plants, sugar refineries, power plants, and more—such as condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators, and boilers. Applications include hydroentangled nonwoven fabric production, phosphorus removal in steel mills, water atomization powder manufacturing, enhanced oil recovery (EOR) in oilfields, tertiary oil recovery (water injection, chemical injection), ground power sources for hydraulic piston pumps, and other high-flow-rate equipment requirements. Capable of conveying ambient-temperature clean water, emulsions, and liquids with chemical properties similar to clean water. Serves as a versatile power source for multifunctional applications.
