Product Description
The 3160 series pumps are high-pressure plunger pumps manufactured using advanced imported technology. The power end features an export-type housing with forced lubrication. The crankshaft and connecting rods employ newly developed high-strength, high-lubricity bearing structures with low friction coefficients, making them ideal for extended continuous operation. The safety valve utilizes a diaphragm design that ruptures upon overpressure, ensuring simplicity, safety, and reliability. The hydraulic end incorporates imported German technology, making it suitable for water jet cleaning across various industries. It effectively removes scale and deposits from condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators, boilers, and other vessels in chemical plants, sugar refineries, power plants, and similar facilities. It also serves as a pump for powder metallurgy, high-pressure water jet-assisted rock breaking and coal loosening, laboratory bench testing, pressure testing of various hoses, metal pipes, valves, and oilfield wellhead equipment, as well as other applications requiring high-pressure water jets. Capable of pumping both clean water and emulsions, it can also handle other chemically active liquids, making it a versatile power source for multiple functions.
