Product Description
The 3090UH series of high-pressure plunger pumps, manufactured using advanced technology, feature compact structure, small size, light weight, and high efficiency. The power end employs an export-type housing with forced lubrication. The high-speed shaft and crankshaft utilize helical gear transmission, ensuring smooth and reliable operation, low friction coefficient, superior lubrication performance, minimal noise, and low temperature rise in the power end. This design is suitable for extended continuous operation. The hydraulic end incorporates imported German technology, offering rational design, ease of maintenance, and operational reliability. It is suitable for high-pressure water jet cleaning, metal cutting, shipyard paint removal and rust removal, as well as descaling and cleaning of various vessels and tanks—such as condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators, and boilers—in chemical plants, sugar refineries, and power plants. It can also be used for concrete demolition. The pump can convey clean water, emulsions, and other liquids similar to clean water.
